Folks,

We would appreciate if the autostadt name was not used in conjunction with meets organised by forum members.

The site is still in it's infancy but when we are better established we hope to run some events which will be organised by the founders of the site and will carry the autostadt name.

By all means meet and have a chat but please refrain from using the name. Cars and coffee has a nice ring to it :)

It's a generic name. It's nothing to do with Octane. Octane is very careful to make sure of that particular point.

Cars an coffee has been used all over America for years, I know near Anaheim they have the Donut Derelicts coz the guys with rat rods an home built stuff got fed up of the cars an coffee / coffee an cars crowd coz it became like a concours show!

Any sort of messing or anti social behaviour can leave the site and founders liable for and legal proceedings as far as I know.
